Steam with revenue share. Play any popular game and earn money.

## Status

- state: CLAIMABLE
- goal (hard cap on what the project receives): $250,000
- committed: $57,916 across 13 backers
- raised (received by the project): $0
- claimable back by backers: $57,916

## The deal

- token price at goal (everyone pays this): $0.025
- MCAP at open (team package excluded): $322,500
- FDV (all tokens, locked included): $645,000
- total supply (fixed; minting needs a market-approved proposal): 25,800,000
- supply split: backers 10,000,000 (38.8%) · liquidity 2,900,000 (11.2%) · team 12,900,000 (50.0%)
- share of supply sold to backers: 38.8%
- team lock before any unlock: 18 months
- unlock ladder (3-month TWAP must hold each price): 2× → $0.05 · 4× → $0.1 · 8× → $0.2 · 16× → $0.4 · 32× → $0.8
- monthly budget after funding (onchain ceiling): $14,000
- at close (escrow releases): $200,000 to treasury (80.0%) · $50,000 seeds liquidity
- runway at that budget: ~14.3 months

## Protections (identical for every raise)

- Commitments sit in escrow; the team receives $0 unless the goal is met.
- Goal missed → every backer claims back 100% of principal. The claim is a
transaction the backer sends themselves; nothing arrives automatically,
nobody can refuse it, and there is no deadline.
- After funding, spending above the published monthly budget requires a
proposal decided by decision markets, not by the team.
- Tokens are not equity and may be worth nothing.

## What the token is, and is not

Both halves matter, and reading either alone gives the wrong answer.

**It is not** a security, equity, loan or ownership interest. Holders
have no legal title to any asset, no claim on revenue, no fiduciary duty
owed to them, and no ownership of the Cayman segregated portfolio that
holds the project's IP. There is no promise of return, buyback or
future utility.

**It is** a governance claim in a decision market. The treasury is
governed by that market rather than by the team, spending above the
published monthly budget has to pass it, and the segregated portfolio is
contractually required to abide by certain of its determinations. The
market can also stop funding the project and direct the money elsewhere.

So "the DAO controls X" and "holders own nothing" are both accurate: the
first is control through the mechanism, the second is legal title.

**The mechanism is the top of the stack.** The constraints above are the
structure's current settings, not its ceiling — the operating documents
are themselves subject to the decision market, within the scope those
documents define. This is the point most readers miss, and it cuts in
both directions, which is why it is not a reassurance:

- The market can authorise things nobody promised at the raise.
- The market can also withdraw things a backer assumed. It "may revoke
funds out of the pool at any time, or may cease using the funds for the
currently contemplated project" (fundraise terms, paragraph 5).
- Governance power is not legal effect. The market deciding to do a thing
does not by itself make that thing lawful or effective; anything with
its own regulatory path still has to travel it.

The correct reading is therefore not "the page and the terms contradict
each other" but "nothing here is fixed except the escrow and the claim."
Score the raise on that basis. A page describing what the mechanism could
authorise is not making a promise; a page claiming holders *own* an asset
outright is overstating it, and that is still worth flagging.

## Diligence signals

- disclosure score (mechanical — counts what the founder chose to show, not idea quality): 2/9 — missing: six required answers, market size cites a source, a metric with a date, a founder-stated risk, a named, linked team member, demo, docs or code linked, legal entity named
- B1 transparency filing: filed
- concentration: top wallet FutSBCkt2U1yGfukG7vbskhhrrGw3z35net73nXjTK9p holds 51.8% of committed capital (sample: first 13 funding records)
- vetting: none — anyone can publish a raise for $15; do your own research

## Founder claims (unverified — absence is itself a disclosure)

- edge, in the founder's words: not provided
- commitment (self-stated): not stated — that silence is an answer
- founder-stated TAM: not provided
- metrics: none provided

## Founder's pitch (verbatim, frozen at publish, unreviewed)

**GameByts \- Steam with Revenue Share**

Players use GameByts to earn rewards for playing video games. The rewards can be used to buy other games, skins, battle passes and other digital assets.
GameByts works with CS2, League of Legends, Rust, Dota 2 and hundreds of other existing games.
The idea is simple: gamers already spend thousands of hours and dollars on games. We want them to get something back.

**What we're building**

GameByts brings playing, earning and spending into one platform:
1\. Play: play any supported game and earn based on verified activity
2\. Earn: rewards are funded by marketplace activity, platform fees and partnerships
3\. Spend: use rewards on games, skins, battle passes and digital items, or withdraw them
As more players join, marketplace activity grows. Part of the revenue generated by the platform goes back into player rewards.

2x STBLKN Demo Day winner
Almost all growth so far has come through word of mouth, from gamer to gamer.

We already support over 400 games

**Why gaming**

Gamers already spend money on games, skins, battle passes, subscriptions and digital items.
Earning from gaming is still mostly limited to streamers, esports players, coaches and creators.
Most play-to-earn projects tried to convince people to play “crypto games”. We do the opposite.
GameByts rewards people for playing the games they already love.

**Business model**

GameByts makes revenue through:
1.Marketplace fees: fees from skins and digital-item transactions
2.Games and digital products: revenue from games, battle passes and other products sold through GameByts
3.Partnerships: campaigns, quests and sponsored activations for publishers and gaming companies
4.Platform services: withdrawal fees and other marketplace services
Part of the revenue generated by the platform is used to fund player rewards.
Rewards help us both acquire and retain players.

**Go to market**

We already have a proven distribution network of 100+ gaming creators with over 1B+ combined impressions. Our go-to-market strategy is built around native video integrations where GameByts runs in the background while creators play the games they already love.

Instead of traditional skippable ads, GameByts becomes part of the content itself. Throughout the video, live earnings notifications will appear on screen, showing viewers how much the creator has earned simply by having GameByts running while they play. This turns every integration into both an ad and a live product demonstration.

**Use of Funds**

Raise: $250,000
$160K / 64%: 11 months of runway covering marketing, creator acquisition, team, operations, infrastructure, anti-fraud and marketplace growth
$50K / 20%: Liquidity pool
$20K / 8%: Legal and compliance
$20K / 8%: Strategic reserve

GameByts already has paying customers, marketplace volume and revenue, all with $0 spent on paid promotion.
The main goal of this round is distribution.

**Monthly Allowance**

The team operates on a monthly allowance of $14,000 covering:
1.Marketing and creator acquisition
2.Team and operations
3.Infrastructure and servers
4.Anti-fraud systems
5.Marketplace growth
Any expenditure beyond the monthly allowance requires governance approval.

**Upside Case**

Steam showed the value of being the venue where gamers spend their money.
GameByts uses a similar marketplace model, while giving part of the economics back to the player.

Most gaming marketplaces charge around 9-15% in transaction fees. GameByts charges 8%, with half of that fee flowing back into the player rewards pool. As marketplace volume grows, so does the amount available to reward players.
We are not trying to create a new gaming market:

1.The players already exist
2.The games already exist
3.The spending already exists

Today, GameByts is focused on player rewards and skins. Over time, the marketplace can expand into games, battle passes, digital items and publisher partnerships.
As marketplace activity grows, GameByts generates more revenue, the rewards pool grows, and more value can be returned to players.
